Lisa Jackson completed her Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Jose State University. She started her career working with people with developmental disabilities at HOPE Services working with dual diagnosed clients (mental illness and developmental disability). During her tenure at HOPE Services Lisa both managed the Supported Living Program and started the Independent Living Services program. In November of 2000, Lisa joined the HCC team as the associate director. In 2002, she accepted the position of Executive Director of Housing Choices Coalition. Lisa played a crucial role in the development of Estancia Properties, Rivertown, the Life Services Alternative project, and Jasmine Square. Lisa designed and implemented HCC’s Resident Coordination program, a client education curriculum for young adults, and has developed partnerships with 5 affordable housing developers. Additionally Lisa serves on the Board of Villa Esperanza, a section 811 housing project for developmentally disabled individuals in Gilroy, and the California Affordable Housing Institute.
Sara Grignon began her career in the non-profit sector as a volunteer for Special Olympics in 1993. After receiving her Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota, Sara worked in Fund Development for Youth and Family Assistance and Via Rehabilitation Services. In 2001 Sara became a Respite Coordinator for people with developmental disablities at Special Home Needs. In 2003, Sara joined Housing Choices Coalition as the Resident Coordinator. In this role, Sara has expanded the Resident Program to include monthly events, a self-advocacy group and has increased the overall level of support for the residents. Now in her role as the Director of Community Services, Sara oversees the Resident Coordinator and Housing Coordinator programs and actively promotes the work of Housing Choices Coalition in the community.
Fabi Delgado has worked in the non-profit field for over three years. She discovered the importance and need of non-profit organizations as a Crisis Counselor for CONTACT of Silicon Valley. She has done volunteer work for several agencies including National Domestic Violence, Homeless Care Force and Salvation Army. She joined Housing Choices in July 2004 as the Administrative Assistant and now serves as the Housing Coordinator for Santa Clara County.

Jeff Roth had worked with people who have developmental disabilities in a variety of capacities before joining the HCC team in September, 2005. He worked at a day program for teenagers in Los Angeles, an adult day program in Santa Cruz, a community counseling center in Santa Cruz, and a group home and school in Watsonville. His educational background includes a B.A. in Cognitive Science, with a minor in Psychology, from Occidental College in Los Angeles. In May, 2005 he received a M.S.W. from San Josè State University School of Social Work where he focused on individual, group and community issues related to the areas of health and mental health. His main interests include education, advocacy, coalition building and research. His current role as the Santa Cruz County Housing Coordinator focuses on helping clients to establish and maintain housing, as well as working to increase the number of housing units that are available to people with developmental disabilities. Jeff has lived in Santa Cruz County since August, 2000.
Melissa Wolf began working for people with developmental disabilities by volunteering with the Special Olympics as a Gymnastics Coach and Training Director. She gained experience teaching community and life skills to people with developmental disabilities while at Skills Center, Inc. She also gained experience as an Employment Specialist, as well as a Vocational Coordinator for a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center. In April of 1998, she took over the new Supported and Independent Living programs of Gateway Center of Monterey County. Melissa started with HCC as the executive assistant and now serves as the Housing Coordinator in Monterey County.
